RESOLUTION NO.      - Consent to Assignment of Contract DA-5532 to Mariposa Tree Management, Inc.:  From Mariposa Landscapes, Inc., covering palm and tree trimming services for Los Angeles International Airport and Van Nuys Airport \nPURPOSE: The purpose of this action is to request approval of the Consent to Assignment of Contract DA-5532 from Mariposa Landscapes, Inc. to Mariposa Tree Management, Inc. for palm and tree trimming services at Los Angeles International Airport and Van Nuys Airport. \nRECOMMENDATIONS: Adoption of the Report requesting that the Board of Airport Commissioners determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2.f of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines; approve the Consent to Assignment of Contract DA-5532 to Mariposa Tree Management, Inc.; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, to execute said Consent to Assignment after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
