RESOLUTION NO.      - Second Amendment to Contract DA-5461 with TY Lin International:  To extend the term by one (1) year, for total term of four (4) years, covering professional engineering services related to the Landside Access Modernization Program Roadways, Utilities, and Enabling Project at Los Angeles International Airport \nPURPOSE: Staff request approval of a one (1)-year extension of Contract DA-5461 with TY Lin International to continue professional engineering services, including working as Engineer of Record for several projects included in the Landside Access Modernization Program Roadways, Utilities, and Enabling Project that are currently under construction. No additional funds are required for the time extension. \nRECOMMENDATIONS: Adoption of the Report requesting that the Board of Airport Commissioners determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Sections 2.f and 2.i of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines; approve the Second Amendment to Contract DA-5461 with TY Lin International; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, to execute said Second Amendment after approval as to form by the City Attorney and approval by the Los Angeles City Council.
