21. 23-0714 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. ITB ED-23-204 and award a\ncontract to Skyhigh Building Maintenance, of La Habra, CA, for the\nwashing of the exterior of the Dome leased by Carnival Corporation, in a\ntotal annual amount not to exceed $109,820, for a period of two years, with\nthe option to renew for three additional one-year periods, at the discretion\nof the City Manager; and, authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute\nall documents necessary to enter into the contract, including any\nnecessary subsequent amendments.
