DEL\nTORO]:\nThe City Council will consider directing staff to take\nsteps to support Scholas Occurrentes’ Pelota de\nTrapo project, focused on ensuring equitable access\nto sports.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Direct staff to work in\npartnership with the office of the Third Supervisorial\nDistrict of Los Angeles County for opportunities to\ncollaborate on the Pelota de Trapo project; and 2)\nDirect the Communications Department to utilize all\nappropriate communication tools to promote the\nproject, such as the City's website and social media\ntools.\nSTAFF REPORT
