GILMOUR]:\nThe City Council will consider approving the Notice\nof Completion for CIP 2301, Concrete Repair\nProgram-Phase XII by Gentry General Engineering.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: Accept the work and\nauthorize the following: a. File the Notice of\nCompletion by the City Clerk with the Los Angeles\nRecorder's Office, b. Issue the final payment to the\ncontractor at the end of the 35 day lien period, c.\nRelease of the Performance Bond on the date of\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion, d. Release\nof the Payment Bond 35 days after the date of\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion, pending no\nreceipt of Stop Notices from material suppliers or\nsubcontractors.\nSTAFF REPORT
