2.O. NATIONAL NIGHT OUT AGAINST CRIME IN WEST\nHOLLYWOOD [D. RIVAS, J. ANUKAM]:\nThe City Council will consider designating Tuesday,\nAugust 1, 2023, as National Night Out Against Crime\nin West Hollywood and approve various\nadministrative requests to assist in the success of\nNational Night Out events.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Proclaim August 1, 2023\n"National Night Out" in West Hollywood; 2) Approve\nall street closures for National Night Out block parties\nand allow the City Manager to approve additional\nstreet closures for National Night Out 2023 as\ndeemed appropriate; and 3) Approve the City's\nofficial sponsorship of all West Hollywood National\nNight Out events and waive all City fees associated\nwith this event.\nSTAFF REPORT
