Introduction and First Reading of Ordinance No. 1202-23 for the allowance of\nresidents to keep chickens, hens, and/ or fowl in residential areas\nRecommendation: that the City Council accept Ordinance No. 1202-23 which allows\nresidents to keep chickens, hens, and fowl so long as they meet the standards and practices\nset forth by the Los Angeles County Health and Safety Code and follow the guidelines\nadded by the Lawndale City Council.
