Item 202: Development Impact Fees Annual Report - Fiscal Year 2022.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nPlease see staff report.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: Citywide.\nProposed Actions:\nThe City is required by the Mitigation Fee Act to provide an annual report on\nDevelopment Impact Fees (DIF) to the City Council. In compliance with these\nrequirements, the annual report will be presented to the City Council that satisfies the\nrequirements of the Mitigation Fee Act. Staff will also present an update on the\nimplementation of Mobility Solutions and provide clarifications to the Citywide Parks\nDIF Resolution to ensure that the implementation of the Citywide Park DIF aligns with\nthe goals and objectives of the Parks Master Plan and the Parks for All of Us package.\nSubitem-A: (R-2023-839)\nResolution accepting the Annual Report - Fiscal Year 2022 and making findings related to\nunexpended balances as required California Government Code Sections 66001 and 66006.\nSubitem-B: (R-2023-838)\nResolution clarifying language in Resolution No. R-313688 regarding the prioritization of\nfunding to ensure proper accounting and administration for the Parks for All of Us\npackage.\nCommittee Actions Taken:\nThis item was heard at the Active Transportation and Infrastructure Committee meeting\non June 21, 2023.\nACTION: Motion by Vice Chair LaCava, second by Committee Member von Wilpert, to\nrecommend Council approval of staff's proposed actions\nVOTE 4-0; Lee-yea, LaCava-yea, Montgomery Steppe-yea, von Wilpert-yea.\nPlanning: Eduardo Hernandez, (619) 446-5358\nCity Attorney Contact: Shannon Eckmeyer
