Item 202: Development Impact Fees Annual Report - Fiscal Year 2022.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nPlease see staff report.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: Citywide.\nProposed Actions:\nThe City is required by the Mitigation Fee Act to provide an annual report on\nDevelopment Impact Fees (DIF) to the City Council. In compliance with these\nrequirements, the annual report will be presented to the City Council that satisfies the\nrequirements of the Mitigation Fee Act.
