Item 200: Authorization of a Ten-Year Corporate Partnership Agreement with One, Five-Year\nExtension Option Among the City of San Diego, Downtown San Diego Partnership,\nInc. and IKE Smart City, LLC for a Digital Wayfinding System in Downtown San\nDiego, an Exemption from the City’s Prohibition Against Signs in the Right of Way\nand Off-Premises Messages, an Exemption from Certain Automatic Copy\nRegulations, an Exemption from Public Right of Way Permit Requirements, and\nRelated Actions.\nNOTE: It is anticipated that the City Council will consider a motion to temporarily\nsuspend Rule of Council 2.2 concerning the Order of Business so this item may be heard\ntoday, consistent with the public notice for the item, and if approved, the item will be\ntrailed to the afternoon session at 2pm or soon thereafter.
