STATUE COMMISSION FOR WATERMAN’S PLAZA – WALTER AND PHILLIP HOFFMAN\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Authorize the commission of a statue of Walter and Phillip Hoffman to be installed at\nWaterman’s Plaza; and\n2) Approve the budget adjustments listed in the Fiscal Impact section; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with artist Bill Limebrook.
