7. NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR NEIGHBORHOOD PARK\nRENOVATIONS: BORREGO OVERLOOK, RANCHO SERRANO, AND\nREGENCY PARKS PROJECT (PW 2017-17E)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Find that Elegant Construction Inc. has\ncompleted construction of the Neighborhood Park Renovations: Borrego\nOverlook, Rancho Serrano, and Regency Parks Project (PW 2017-17E). 2.\nApprove the Notice of Completion and authorize the Mayor to execute the\ndocument on behalf of the City. 3. Authorize City Clerk to submit Notice of\nCompletion for recordation to the Office of the County Recorder of Orange\nCounty within fifteen days of the City Council approval, as required by\nSection 9204 of the California Civil Code. 4. Authorize staff to release any\nunencumbered retention in accordance with California law.
