Budget Amendment to Accept a Check from the California State Library for\nLiteracy Services (CLLS) and Appropriate Funds to the Library’s FY 2022-23\nBudget\na) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines\nbecause this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or\nindirectly; and\nb) Accept a check in the amount of $43,022 from the California State Library for\nLiteracy Services (CLLS) and approve Budget Amendment No. 23-045 to increase\nexpenditures by the same amount in the Literacy accounts.\nStaff Report\nAttachment A - Check\nAttachment B - Budget Amendment
