Consideration and possible action to approve Amendment No. 1 to the\nContract Services Agreement with Griffin Structures for project management\nservices for the Rancho Palos Verdes Civic Center Master Plan Project. (Lo)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Contract Services\nAgreement with Griffin Structures in the amount of $21,857, thereby increasing\nthe agreement amount from $148,029 to $169,886 and extending the term by\none additional year to February 14, 2024; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City\nClerk to execute the amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
