18. RESOLUTION - SIXTH AMENDMENT TO THE AVIATION PROGRAM AGREEMENT\nBETWEEN THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE AND THE CITY OF CORONA, FORMERLY KNOWN\nAS THE HELICOPTER PROGRAM\nThat the City Council:\na. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Sixth Amendment to\nthe Aviation Program agreement between the City of Riverside and the City of\nCorona, formerly known as the Helicopter Program.\nb. Authorize the Chief of Police, pursuant to his delegated authority to maintain and\nmanage the Sixth Amended Aviation Program agreement as noted in section 8.3\nof this agreement.\nc.
