13. AGREEMENT - ACCEPTANCE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF\nCALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL FISCAL YEAR 2024 CANNABIS TAX FUND GRANT\nPROGRAM\nThat the City Council:\na. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-060, accepting and appropriating $47,775 and\napproving the application of the State of California Department of California\nHighway Patrol Cannabis Tax Fund Law Enforcement Grant Fiscal Year\n2023/2024.\nb. Appropriate $47,775 of one-time money from the unappropriated General Fund\nBalance and increase the General Fund estimated revenue by the same amount\nto be reimbursed from the State of California Department of California Highway\nPatrol Cannabis Tax Fund Law Enforcement Grant Fiscal Year 2023/2024.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the grant documents\nand any related documents, amendments, and agreements that are consistent\nwith or in furtherance of the City Council’s actions hereunder.
