Approved hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. daily.\nAPPEAL:\nAn appeal of the April 4, 2023, Zoning Administrator's Determination which:\nWest Los Angeles Area Planning Commission 3 July 19, 2023\n1. Determined, based on the whole of the administrative record, that the Project is exempt from CEQA\npursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301, Class 1 (Existing Facilities) and 15305, Class 5 (Minor\nChanges in Land Use Limitations), and that there is no substantial evidence demonstrating that any\nexceptions contained in Section 15300.2 of the State CEQA Guidelines applies; and\n2.
