City Manager - Adopt RESOLUTIONS Approving Minimum Wage Increases\nto Comply with State of California Minimum Wage Requirements.\nExpenditure: $92,944 (General Fund).\nRecommendation of the City Manager that City Council:\n1) Adopt a RESOLUTION pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)\namending Resolution No. 2019-37 setting forth changes regarding the hours, wages,\nand working conditions for Crossing Guard employees modifying the compensation for\nCrossing Guard; and\n2) Adopt a RESOLUTION pursuant to the MOU amending Resolution No. 2019-36 setting\nforth changes regarding the hours, wages, and working conditions for employees\nrepresented by Torrance Library Employees Association (TLEA) modifying the\ncompensation for Library Page and Senior Library Page; and\n3) Adopt a RESOLUTION pursuant to the MOU amending Resolution No. 2018-90 setting\nforth changes regarding the hours, wages, and working conditions for employees\nrepresented by Torrance Recurrent Recreation Employees Organization (TRREO)\nmodifying the compensation for Aquatics Instructor, Lifeguard, Pool Cashier - Clerk,\nPool Locker Room Attendant, and Program Leader.
