23. Accept 2021 Homeland Security Grant (All Wards) Pg. 333\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2023­106 authorizing the City Manager to accept the 2021\nHomeland Security Grant Program funds; and,\n2. Authorize the Agency Director of Administrative Services to amend the Fiscal Year\n2023/24 Adopted Budget revenue and expenditures by $41,111.
