18. INTERIM USE PLAN FOR 30516 COAST HIGHWAY, FORMALLY THE\nCAMPUS OF ST. CATHERINE OF SIENA SCHOOL, AND EXEMPTION\nUNDER THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nRecommendations:\n(1) Direct the City Manager to implement the proposed interim use plan for 30516\nCoast Highway, including a rental program for available classrooms;\n(2) Appropriate an additional $10,000 from the General Fund for maintenance and\ncleaning, and increase estimated recreation fee and rental fee revenue by $15,000;\n(3) Appropriate $100,000 from the Parking Fund available fund balance for\nimprovements in the parking areas;\n(4) Authorize the addition of one full-time Maintenance Worker I position and one\nfull-time Recreation Supervisor position to the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Adopted\nBudget to program, manage, and maintain the 30516 Coast Highway property;\nand\n(5) Determine that the proposed interim use is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Protection Act pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section
