APPROVE A REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE COACHELLA\nVALLEY ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS AND THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS FOR\nDESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATED TO THE INDIAN CANYON DRIVE\nFLOOD AND BLOWSAND IMPROVEMENTS\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve a Reimbursement Agreement for an agreement by and between the City of\nPalm Springs and the Coachella Valley Association of Governments for the design\nand engineering services of the Indian Canyon Drive flood and blow sand\nimprovements.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
