H. APPROVE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH NETWORK SERVICES\nCOMPANY DBA NETWORK DISTRIBUTION TO PROVIDE JANITORIAL SUPPLIES\nAND EQUIPMENT FOR THE PALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Cooperative Purchase Agreement No. 23C066 with Network Services\nCompany dba Network Distribution to provide janitorial supplies and equipment for\nthe Palm Springs International Airport for a four-year term in an amount not to exceed\n$800,000, beginning on the date provided in the Notice to Proceed, with a one-year\nextension option upon mutual agreement.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all necessary documents.
