AWARD OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR BLUEBIRD CANYON\nDRIVE EVACUATION ROUTE WIDENING\nRecommendations:\n(1) Award and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Beador\nConstruction Company, Inc., in the amount of $2,432,300, for the Bluebird Canyon\nDrive Evacuation Route Widening project;\n(2) Award and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Dudek, in\nthe amount of $257,603, for construction inspection services; and\n(3) Authorize the City Manager to approve project related expenses and\nconstruction change orders with Beador Construction Company for unforeseen\ncircumstances for an amount not-to-exceed $244,000.\nStaff Report
