AWARD OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE PARK AVENUE\nUNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT PROJECT\nRecommendations:\n(1) Award and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Asplundh\nConstruction, in the amount of $1,118,114, for the Park Avenue Underground\nUtility District;\n(2) Award and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with KOA\nCorporation, in the amount of $82,896, for construction inspection services; and\n(3) Authorize the City Manager to approve project related expenses and\nconstruction change orders for unforeseen circumstances for an amount not-to-\nexceed $180,000.\nStaff Report
