E. Consideration to adopt Proposed Resolution Numbers (next in order) and\nIntroduce the First Reading of Proposed Ordinance Number (next in order)\nforming CFD 2022-2 (Perris Logistics Center). CFD 2022-2 is intended to\nbe developed into Perris North and Perris South. Perris North is located to\nthe north of Ellis Avenue and east of Redlands Avenue. Perris South is\nlocated south of Mapes Road and east of South A Street. The Proposed\nResolution Numbers (next in order) are entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE\nCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PERRIS DETERMINING THE\nVALIDITY OF PRIOR PROCEEDINGS, ESTABLISHING\nCOMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2022-2 (PERRIS\nLOGISTICS CENTER) OF THE CITY OF PERRIS, AUTHORIZING\nTHE LEVY OF A SPECIAL TAX WITHIN SUCH COMMUNITY\nFACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2022-2 (PERRIS LOGISTICS CENTER) OF\nTHE CITY OF PERRIS, ESTABLISHING AN APPROPRIATIONS\nLIMIT, AND TAKING CERTAIN OTHER ACTIONS RELATING TO\nSAID DISTRICT
