Authorize the sole source selection of Flock Safety to lease ten stationary automatic\nlicense plate readers for an initial price of $31,500 for year one and $30,000 for year two;\nand\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Flock Safety to lease ten\nautomatic license plate readers and to secure and maintain full access to the Flock\nSafety Data Platform (Attachment 3).
