Hold a Public Hearing to approve the Parks, Recreation and Community Resources\nAdvisory Commission's recommendation to include a new Impact Level III Special Event,\nthe Last Days of Summer Beach Concerts, south of the Pier from Saturday, September 2\nto Monday, September 11, including load-in and load-out, on the 2023 Special Events\nCalendar; and\n2. Approve staff recommendation for the City to serve as a supporting partner for the\nevent, resulting in a fee-waiver of $8,774 in indirect costs.
