B. Approval\nUniforms\nof First Modification to Agreement with Becnel Uniforms for Motor Coach Operators\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)\n(Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a first modification to agreement\n#10734 in an amount not to exceed $95,000 with Becnel Uniforms for the provision of\nMotor Coach Operators (MCOs) uniforms for the Department of Transportation.
