12.G. Election Services for 2024 General Municipal Election\nRecommendation:\n1) Approve and authorize the Election Official to enter into agreements in\nthe form substantially provided for the purchase of additional voting\nequipment for in-person voting, ballot programming, and professional\nservices with Hart InterCivic in the amount of $27,265.\n2) Approve and authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement in\nthe form substantially provided with ProVote Solution for the printing and\nmailing of election materials in the approximate amount of $75,033 with\nauthorization to increase the budget if voter registration or election\nrequirements change.\n3) In conformance with Government Code Section 6254.19, approve and\nauthorize the Election Official to execute necessary agreements for the\nprocurement of equipment, security services, modular buildings, network\nservices, and programming for remote in-person voting.\n4) Direct the Election Official to organize community meetings for the\npurpose of identifying election-related services for the benefit of the City\nelectorate.
