12.H. 5637 Greenleaf Avenue Grading Remediation - Award of Contract\nRecommendation:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 2023-53 amending FY 2023-24 budget in the\namount of $14,909 in supplemental funds to be allocated for the\nremediation of 5637 Greenleaf Avenue;\n2) Award the construction contract to Zusser Company, Inc., in the amount\nof $91,500 for the remediation of the 5637 Greenleaf Avenue;\n3) Reject all other bids;\n4) Authorize the City Manager to sign the contract on behalf of the City; and\n5) Approve $9,150 in contingency for the remediation of the 5637 Greenleaf\nAvenue project subject to approval of the City Manager.
