In order\nto vote at the Annual Business Meeting, the City Council must designate a\nvoting delegate and up to two alternates.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council appoint a\nDelegate and up to two Alternates to allow the City the right to cast one\nvote on matters pertaining to League policy.
