CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-79,\nAPPROVING THE ANNUAL LEVY OF THE SEWER SERVICE FEE FOR\nFISCAL YEAR (FY) 2023-2024\nConsideration to adopt the FY2023-24 sewer service fee.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends the City Council:\n1. Conduct a public hearing;\n2. Take public testimony;\n3. Count/tabulate protests and announce results; and\n4. Adopt Resolution No. 20-79, approving the annual levy of the Sewer\nService Fee for FY2023-24, at $35.37 per sewer unit.
