11.b. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-84,\nWAIVING DEAN L. SHIVELY PARK RENTAL FEE, COMMUNITY\nCENTER AMPHITHEATER RENTAL FEE, AND DEAN L. SHIVELY\nPARK LIGHT FEES FOR THE SOUTH EL MONTE AMERICAN\nSOCCER YOUTH ORGANIZATION'S 2023/2024 SEASON BEGINNING\nAUGUST 14, 2023 AND ENDING FEBRUARY 28, 2024\nThe South El Monte American Soccer Youth Organization (AYSO) is\nrequesting facility fee waivers for the use of the Dean L. Shively fields and\nthe South El Monte Community Center Amphitheater. AYSO is also\nrequesting that the City Council consider waiving the park light fees.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council adopt\nResolution No. 23-84, waiving Lean L. Shively Park rental fee, Community\nCenter rental fee, and Dean L. Shively Park light fees for the South El\nMonte American Soccer Youth Organization's 2023/2024 Season.
