CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-80,\nCONSENTING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF GUILLERMO ARREOLA AS\nDIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND APPROVAL OF\nCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR EMPLOYMENT\nAGREEMENT\nStaff is asking the City Council to consent to the appointment of Guillermo\nArreola as Community Development Director and approve his employment\ncontract for services as Community Development Director.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-80, approving the employment agreement\nbetween the City and Guillermo Arreola for the position of Director of\nCommunity Development; and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute employment agreement.
