CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-73,\nAUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF APPLICATION TO THE METRO\nEXPRESSLANES NET TOLL RE-INVESTMENT GRANT PROGRAM\nFOR THE I-10 E-BIKE ACCESS PROJECT\nStaff is seeking authorization from City Council to apply for the Metro\nExpressLanes Net Toll Re-Investment Grant Program.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-73, authorizing submission of the grant\napplication to the Metro ExpressLanes Net Toll Re-Investment Grant\nProgram and related authorizations; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents as\nthe signature authority.
