CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-76,\nAPPROVING AGREEMENT WITH VET CARE FOR VACCINATION\nSERVICES\nStaff is requesting that the City Council approve an agreement by and\nbetween Vet Care for low-cost dog and cat vaccination clinics.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-76, approving the agreement with Vet Care\nfor low-cost vaccination services for three years from July 25, 2023\nthrough July 25, 2026; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute the\nagreement.
