Review and Approve Amendments to Ord 5119; Renewing and Approving Policy 706\nMilitary Equipment Use, 2023 Edition\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat Mayor Wells requests the City Clerk to recite the title.\nAn Ordinance Reviewing and Approving Ordinance 5119 to Renew Restrictions\nRelating to Purchase of Military Equipment, Supplies, or Other Property for Law\nEnforcement Use; Approving the El Cajon Police Department's Annual Military\nEquipment Report for 2023 and Approving Policy 706 Military Equipment Use, 2023\nEdition.\nThe proposed action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nin accordance with CEQA Guidelines section 15378.
