Approves the Parcel Map and Subdivision Agreement for Public Improvements for\nTentative Parcel Map (TPM) 659, 636 South Johnson Avenue, Engineering Job\nNo. 3606;\n2. Authorizes the City Manager to execute the agreements and related\ndocumentation; and\n3. Authorizes the Department of Public Works to release bonds after completion of\nimprovements.
