14.1 REPORT ON POSSIBLE CITY COUNCIL SALARY ADJUSTMENT\nCity Council Salary Review Ad-hoc Subcommittee: Councilmember Dillard and\nCouncilmember Shu\nRecommended Motion:\nThe City Council Salary Review Ad-hoc Subcommittee recommends the Council\ndirect the City Manager to create and select a five-member community panel (to be\nknown as the Council Salary Adjustment Panel) to evaluate the current City Council\nsalary as compared to other City Councils in the region, and bring back a\nrecommendation within 90 days as to whether the City Council should adjust its\nsalary (including the Mayor) and if so, identify an appropriate methodology and\namount.
