Item 51: First Amendment to the Settlement with San Diego Coastkeeper and Coastal\nEnvironmental Rights Foundation Regarding Statewide Industrial Storm Water\nPermit Order No. 2014-0057-DWQ.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThe first amendment to the settlement agreement caps the monitoring fees up to $25,000\nper year during the settlement term, with stipulated payments of $1,000 for each missed\nreporting deadline, to be funded by the Metro Sewer Utility Fund.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: 1, 2, 6, 8.\nProposed Actions:\n(O-2023-209 Cor.
