12. Settlement Agreement with Marina Landscape Inc. for the Eastern Ave. Landscape\nDamages. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve:\n1. The settlement agreement between the City and Marina Landscape Inc., where\nMarina Landscape Inc. provides re-planting services (project) AND a credit for plants\nin the form of payment to the City AND for the City to waive all claims against Marina\nLandscape Inc.; and\n2.
