15. It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution No. 2023-59 titled:\n“A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL\nACCEPTING THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS – HVAC SYSTEM PROJECT\nFY 22/23 AS COMPLETE AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO PREPARE\nAND FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION WITH THE LOS ANGELES\nCOUNTY RECORDER”; and\nMeeting of the\nBell City Council and Related Agencies\nJuly 26, 2023\n2. Authorize staff to release the contract’s retention in the amount of $4,881.30 thirty-five\n(35) days after recordation of the Notice of Completion.
