Read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution 2023-57 titled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL\nAUTHORIZING A FY 2022-2023 BUDGET AMENDMENT TO\nTRANSFER $101,643 FROM THE LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE\nDISTRICT FUND RESERVES TO THE LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE\nDISTRICT OUTSIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ACCOUNT
