Approve an appropriation adjustment to recognize\n$3,502,500 in Urban Greening Grant Program funding from the California Natural\nResources Agency into the Public Works Agency Enterprise Capital Grants, State\nGrant-Direct Revenue Account and appropriate the same amount into the Public\nWorks-Water Quality and Control, Improvements Other Than Building expenditure\naccount.
