24. 23-621 Award and authorize the execution of a construction contract with\nMehta Mechanical Company, Inc., in the amount of $4,134,200 for the\nHumboldt Sewer Lift Station Replacement Project, CC-1634\nRecommended Action:\nA) Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted by Mehta Mechanical\nCompany, Inc., in the amount of $4,134,200; and ,\nB) Appropriate $887,502 from the undesignated Sewer Service fund balance to\n51189017.82600; and ,\nC) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a construction contract in a form\napproved by the City Attorney .
