Consideration and possible action to execute a five-year agreement with\nAMS.NET to provide cloud-based phone service (Buchwald)\nRecommendation: (1) Approve a five-year subscription and professional\nservices order form with AMS.Net to purchase, implement and configure Cisco\nWebex Calling for a total agreement cost of $193,406; and,(2) Authorize the\nMayor and City Clerk to execute the AMS.NET order forms (collectively\nreferred to as the agreement) utilizing Fast-Open Contracts Utilization\nServices (FOCUS) cooperative agreement in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.\nAgenda Report
