Declaration of surplus property pursuant to Government Code Section 54220 et. seq. located at\n8100 – 8110 Atlantic Avenue and 4720 – 4734 Santa Ana Street, in the City of Cudahy, California,\nCounty of Los Angeles (APNs: 6224-018-911, 6224-018-912, 6224-018-913, 6224-018-914, and 6224-\n018-915) (page 115)\nPresented by the Community Development Director\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council of the City of Cudahy (the “City”):\n1. Find that the declaration of surplus property is exempt from\nenvironmental review pursuant to the California Environmental\nQuality Act (“CEQA”); and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 23-37 declaring that the properties located at\n8100 – 8110 Atlantic Avenue and 4720 – 4734 Santa Ana Street\n(APNs: 6224-018-911, 6224-018-912, 6224-018-913, 6224-018-914, and\n6224-018-915) are surplus land and are no longer necessary for the\nCity’s use; and\n3. Direct the City Manager to follow the procedures set forth in the\nSurplus Lands Act (“SLA”), (Gov. Code § 54220, et seq.), for the sale\nof surplus land.
