All costs associated with the processing of this application are\nrecovered through a deposit account funded by the applicant.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: 3.\nProposed Actions:\nAdopt the following Ordinances which were introduced on 7/18/2023, Item 330, Subitem-\nB and Subitem-C (Council voted 9-0):\nAmendment to the Mission Valley Community Plan (Community Plan) to change the\nboundary of the First San Diego River Improvement Project (FSDRIP) Specific Plan to\nremove the Westfield - Mission Valley West property from the Mission Valley Community\nPlan Specific Plan Subdistrict and the FSDRIP Specific Plan; and rezone the property to\nremove it from Municipal Code Chapter 13, Article 02, Division 14 – Community Plan\nImplementation Overlay Zone (CPIOZ) to replace the map depicting the boundaries of the\nCPIOZ area to one consistent with the updated FSDRIP Specific Plan.
