8.4 Authorizing the Mayor to Execute Three Program Supplement Agreements for the 24th\nStreet Trolley Pedestrian Bridge Feasibility Study, 24th Street First and Last Mile\nConnections to Trolley Station Projects, and Bayshore Bikeway Segment 5.\nRecommendation:\nAdopt a Resolution Entitled, “Resolution of the City Council of the City of National City,\nCalifornia, Authorizing the Mayor to Execute Three Program Supplement Agreements\n(PSAs) with the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for the Following\nProjects: 1) $294,700 for the 24th Street Trolley Pedestrian Bridge Feasibility Study; 2)\n$429,781 for the 24th Street First and Last Mile Connections to Trolley Station; and 3)\n$300,000 for the Bayshore Bikeway Segment 5 Project.”
