4) CONSIDERATION TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TO KOUNKUEY\nDESIGN INITIATIVE, INC. FOR A LAND AND OPEN SPACE INVENTORY STUDY TO UPDATE THE\nPARK AND RECREATION MASTER PLAN\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Professional Services Agreement (Contract No. 2186) with Kounkuey Design\nInitiative, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $233,800 dollars, to conduct a land and open\nspace inventory to update the Park and Recreation Master Plan by identifying potential\nland for new park facilities; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to make non-substantive changes and execute all related\ndocuments.
