6) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING SIDE LETTER\nAGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND SAN FERNANDO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES\nASSOCIATION/SEIU LOCAL 721 AND ADOPT RELATED RESOLUTIONS\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding Side Letter Agreement (Contract No. 2145(a))\nbetween the City of San Fernando and the San Fernando Public Employees Association\n(SFPEA)/SEIU Local 721) to implement an amendment to the compensation language;\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8254 amending the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Salary Plan to reflect the\nnew compensation language; and\nc.
